HOW TO SEND AN ABSTRACT

Step 1

Pre-registration

Every person wishing to access the Private Area of the Conference site must pre-register. A registration form including your personal details, a user and a password must be filled.

Toda persona que desee acceder al Área Privada del sitio de la Conferencia deberá inscribirse previamente. Deberá cumplimentar un formulario de inscripción que incluya sus datos personales, un usuario y una contraseña.

Once this step is done, you can access your Private Area and do different actions related to your attendance to the Conference, such as make your registration official, submit your abstract.

Una vez realizado este paso, podrá acceder a su Área Privada y realizar diferentes acciones relacionadas con su asistencia a la Conferencia, como hacer oficial su inscripción, enviar su resumen.

Please note that filling the pre-registration form does not mean your registration is official; to do so, you will have to fill the Registration form itself in your Private Area

Tenga en cuenta que rellenar el formulario de preinscripción no significa que su inscripción sea oficial; para ello, deberá rellenar el propio formulario de inscripción en su Área Privada.

Step 2

Access to the Private Area

Once you are pre-registered, you will receive an email back confirming your User and Password.
To access the Private Area you will have to enter those codes in the box on the upper right corner in the site and click the button LOGIN.

Para acceder al Área Privada deberá introducir dichos códigos en la casilla situada en la esquina superior derecha de la web y pulsar el botón LOGIN.

Step 3

Send your abstract

FILL IN THE FORM AND SEND THE ABSTRACT
Once you are in your Private Area, click on "CONTRIBUTIONS" on your left side menu to access to the abstract form.
In this form you will have to write the title of your abstract, the details of the author and co-authors and the abstract (do not exceed 300 words).
In order to conclude and submit the abstract, kindly remember to click on the button located at the lower right-hand corner labeled 'Add contribution.

RELLENE EL FORMULARIO Y ENVÍE EL RESUMEN
Una vez que esté en su Área Privada, en el menú de la izquierda para acceder al formulario de resumen.
En este formulario tendrá que escribir el título de su resumen, los datos del autor y coautores y el resumen (no exceda las 300 palabras).
Para concluir y enviar el resumen, no olvide hacer clic en el botón situado en la esquina inferior derecha denominado "Añadir contribución".
