The authors of the papers to be published in the 2022 CIRP Annals are requested to present their work preferably in-person or online with a pre-recorded video presentation.

Both in-person and online presentations will be recorded during General Assembly and will be available on the conference website at the end of each day.

For the technical papers, the 30 minutes time slots should be divided into 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions.

For the Keynote papers, the 30 minutes time slots will entirely be dedicated to the presentation.

Both in-person and online presentations will be recorded during General Assembly and will be available on the conference platform. The content created by you and the video papers repository content created by us are subject to copyright law. In order to conduct the hybrid CIRP General Assembly and to make your material available during the scheduled period, we hence need to obtain licenses from you. For this purpose, we kindly ask you to grant the appropriate licenses to us by filling the Copyright Licence Agreement. We will do our best to ensure that viewers can recognize your authorship and can contact you.

As it is requested in the agreement, please infom who is responsible for the presentation, the paper reference, title and wether it will be presented in-person / online and send it.

Please inform us in case the presenting person has been changed.


The copyright agreement should be submitted in pdf format.

Files name should be formatted as in this example:

Step 3

Upload the presentation

The presenters should upload their PowerPoint presentation the day before their presentation. Files name should be formatted as in this example:

Please refer to the list of the Papers per STC and Keynote Papers to know the reference attributed to your paper.

The presentations can be sent by Dropbox or uploaded via a USB key in the technical room of the conference venue. The presenters can also check that there is no technical problem with the presentation in the technical room.
